General Information
The submission of this form will initiate the USTA Tennis Venue Services process for all seeking business development, advocacy, and/or technical services from the USTA. Technical services can be in the form of preparation of conceptual plans, technical review of facility design documents, or addressing specific planning and design issues related to a new or existing tennis center.
